Story: Noel is the leader of the RedXRebelion, she despises the empire and her father,the head of the army,who forced her into exile because he belived her to see ghosts. Now she has returned from "rehabilitation". Noel has kept her secret life from her father and friends. She is very solitary,and doesnt like to be around most people. Though very polite,she is fearless,clever,and sharp tounged.

Abilities: For this compatition, Noel has decided to use her own strengh rather than the help of her spirits which she pleged her life to during exile,an alltogether mysterious child. Most adults fear her because of the promis she shows in war. She has many swords and knives that she hides on her person,also a great deal of explosives and fireworks. She is a master swordsman and lightning fast. Noel has a high pain tolerence alowing her to fight for an imesurable amount of time
